Credit packs: extra model builds, bought once, kept until used

A credit pack is a one-off top-up for model builds. You buy it once, it never expires, and Anticode only draws on it when a build goes past your plan's daily or weekly allowance. While you're inside the allowance, credits sit untouched, so a pack bought for a busy launch week is still there months later.

The problem credits solve

Anticode measures model use as a daily and a weekly allowance, sized by plan. That suits steady work, but real projects are lumpy: a client wants three directions explored the afternoon before a meeting, or you rebuild an app several times while getting the brief right. When the day's limit runs out, the choices are usually to wait for the reset or move to a bigger plan for good. Credits are the third option. They're for the occasional heavy day, and because they're AI website builder credits that never expire, you aren't racing a deadline to use them up.

How credits are spent

Credits are never the first thing a build uses. Each successful model build is charged against your allowance as usual, and only the part that goes over is taken from your credit balance:

  1. A build that fits inside today's and this week's allowance uses no credits at all.
  2. A build that starts inside the allowance and crosses the limit pays only the overflow from credits.
  3. Once the allowance is used up, the build quote reads Paid from your credits and shows how much model credit is left.
  4. A build never takes more than your balance. When credits run out too, model builds wait for the allowance to reset.

Refused and failed builds aren't charged, so they don't touch credits either. Quick changes made in your browser (direction, theme, colour, sections, the name) never use the allowance, so they never use credits. Each charged build's receipt shows its cost, so you can see what came out of the balance; see build receipts.

Buying a pack

Packs are bought from the Usage section of the dashboard, where a Credits card shows your balance and a button for each pack size. If you've hit a limit, the notice that tells you so also offers a pack. Payment goes through a hosted checkout page. When you come back, the credits are added straight away rather than waiting for the payment notice to arrive; if they haven't appeared yet, the page tells you they will shortly.

  • Confirm your email first. Buying credits needs a confirmed address on the account.
  • Cancelling checkout charges nothing. The dashboard says so when you return.
  • Pack sizes and prices are listed on /pricing.

Credits or a bigger plan?

Which fits your pattern of use
If youConsider
Hit the limit now and then, on launch days or client deadlinesA credit pack, kept for those days
Hit the daily limit most daysA plan with a larger allowance, such as Max, which is Pro with four times the allowance
Need custom domains, no badge or a shared workspaceA paid plan: credits pay for model use only
Build mostly with quick changes and visual editsProbably neither, since those don't use the allowance

Credits work on top of any plan, Free included. The usage allowance page explains how the daily and weekly windows reset.

Refunds

If a pack's payment is refunded, the refunded share of the credits is taken back from the balance, and a full refund removes the pack. In the unusual case where credits were already spent before a refund, the balance can briefly sit below zero until new credits cover it.

What credits don't do

  • They don't raise your limits. The daily and weekly allowance stays what your plan sets; credits only pay for what goes past it.
  • They don't unlock plan features. Custom domains, removing the badge and Team workspaces come with plans, not credits.
  • They aren't a subscription. Nothing renews. You buy another pack only if you want one.
  • They pay for model cost. Hosting, forms and publishing aren't paid from credits.

Questions people ask

Do credits expire?

No. A pack stays on your account until it's spent, however long that takes.

Will a credit pack be used before my plan's allowance?

No. Builds use your allowance first. Credits only pay for the part of a build that goes past today's or this week's limit.

Can I see how much credit I have left?

Yes. The Credits card in the dashboard's Usage section shows the balance, and the build quote shows it whenever credits are paying for a build.

Does a failed build use credits?

No. Only successful builds are charged, against the allowance or credits.
