Unicorn Platform alternatives for founders whose launch page should look like their own

Unicorn Platform builds startup and SaaS landing pages from ready-made section templates or whole site templates, now with prompts as well. It's quick and it exports HTML on paid plans. Founders look at Unicorn Platform alternatives when the page needs to look less like a collection of standard sections; if a clear, conventional SaaS page is what you need, it remains a good fit.

How Unicorn Platform builds a page

Unicorn Platform's homepage calls it a website builder for busy founders, for SaaS, apps, directories, blogs and personal pages. You can build or change a site with prompts, start from ready-made section templates or an entire site template, and add a blog. Its help centre has a gallery of components with their settings, and a website settings collection for fonts, colours and more.

That component model is why it's fast, and it's also the usual reason people look elsewhere. A hero header, a feature grid, a pricing table and a sign-up form, each from the gallery, make a page that reads clearly and resembles other pages built the same way. That's not a fault for a product with a plain story. It matters when the launch page has to signal taste, for example for a design tool, a consumer brand or a studio, and the sections themselves need to be designed rather than chosen.

Plans and exports, as of 24 October 2026

The pricing page shows two monthly figures for each paid plan without labelling which is monthly and which is yearly billing, and doesn't name the currency. The lower figure is likely the yearly rate; confirm at checkout.

PlanFigures shown, per monthPublished websitesNotes
LurkerFree0No custom domain or HTML export
Maker$14 and $91Custom domain, HTML export, no branding; 10 blog posts
Startup$49 and $291Unlimited blog posts, 1 collaborator
Business$69 and $493Unlimited collaborators

Higher plans (Freelancer, Agency, Major) add more sites. The page also mentions a 30-day money-back guarantee, and says its Google Sheet and Send to Email form integrations are available only on paid plans.

What to save before you move

  • The HTML export. Paid plans can export the whole site as HTML to host on your own server. Take one even if you're rebuilding elsewhere: it's an exact record of your text, images and structure.
  • Form submissions from wherever they were sent: the Google Sheet, your email or another integration.
  • Blog posts, one by one, with their addresses, so you can keep or redirect the URLs people link to. Anticode has no per-site redirect manager, so on Anticode you'd keep the paths rather than redirect them.
  • Fonts and colours from website settings, and your logo and screenshots at full size.
  • Custom code: any scripts or extensions you added, so you can decide which still matter.

Where Anticode fits

Anticode is meant for the founder who wants the page to look considered without designing it section by section. Describe the product and who it's for; the Architect asks up to three questions that change the build and shows a short plan with sections and look. The build is held to one of seven design systems, such as Technical (IBM Plex Sans), Swiss (Inter Tight) or Brutalist (Archivo), with one font family and one action colour, and the Critic's nineteen checks flag habits that make AI pages look alike, such as purple-blue gradients, emoji used as icons and stock phrases.

A newsletter sign-up form saves each email, can email you and can send them to Mailchimp or Kit; a contact form can go to Slack, HubSpot or a webhook. Your own domain needs a paid plan, and you can export the page as one HTML file. See what a waitlist page needs, the purple gradient check and pricing.

Where Anticode isn't a substitute

  • No scripts or custom code on published pages. No analytics tags, chat widgets or pixels; Anticode counts views per site without cookies instead.
  • No video or embeds on design-engine pages. A product demo video can't play inline; link to it on YouTube or Vimeo.
  • No blog engine. CMS collections can hold posts, but there are no comments, RSS or scheduling.
  • Payments by link only. There's no cart. Buy and pricing buttons open one payment link per account from Stripe Payment Links, PayPal, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Shopify or Whop.
  • English only. No multilingual pages or translation.
  • No import. It can't read your Unicorn Platform export; describe the page and paste the text.

When Unicorn Platform is the right call

If your product is easy to explain and the page's job is to state the value, show three features and take an email, Unicorn Platform stays a good choice for straightforward SaaS landing pages. A blog on the same site, prompt-based edits and HTML export on the cheapest paid plan are useful together. Move when the page itself needs to carry the brand, not before.

Questions people ask

Can I export a Unicorn Platform site?

Yes, on paid plans. Its pricing page lists HTML export of the whole site for hosting on your own server; the free Lurker plan doesn't include it.

Is the Unicorn Platform price monthly or yearly?

The pricing page shows two per-month figures for each plan without labelling them. The lower one is likely the yearly rate, so confirm at checkout.

Which unicorn platform alternatives can host a blog?

Framer's plans include CMS collections that can hold posts. Anticode's CMS collections can hold posts too, but without comments, RSS or scheduling. Carrd is built around one page.

Can Anticode run my analytics script?

No. Published pages run no scripts. Anticode's own analytics count views per site by day and source, without cookies.
