Refund policy

Anticode Pro is a monthly subscription. New subscribers get the first 14 days free; cancel before the trial ends and you’re never charged. You can cancel it any time from Manage plan in the dashboard, which opens Stripe’s billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

When we refund

• Within 7 days of a payment, if you haven’t made a model build since it, we refund that payment in full. This covers renewals you meant to cancel.
• If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, we refund the extra charge in full.
• If Anticode was unavailable for a long stretch of your paid month, tell us and we’ll refund that part.

Otherwise we don’t refund part of a month that has started. Where the law where you live gives you more rights, those rights apply.

How to ask

Email team@keplar.one or use the contact form, from the email address on your account, and say which payment it’s about. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days.
